Kritical puts the protection for each into nine ready-made bundles, in Small, Medium and Large sizes at Basic, Standard and Premium tiers. Choose your size and tier to protect the business without building the stack yourself, then open the bundle in the shop.

There are nine bundles. The size sets how much of the IT work Kritical takes on. The tier sets how much protection and Microsoft 365 you get. Every bundle includes the same eight layers, so nothing important is left for you to add later. The price for each bundle is shown in the shop, not on this page.
Medium
A growing business with several locations, roles or systems that needs it shared between its own people and kritical.
Large
A larger organisation that wants kritical to run the day-to-day it end to end.
What is in every bundle, and what it does for you.
Each layer covers a different way things go wrong: a bad email, a harmful website, a lost file, a weak password, a missed update or nobody to call.
Productivity
Your email, calendar, meetings and Office apps. The Microsoft 365 plan rises with the tier.
Endpoint protection
CrowdStrike on every computer. It spots and stops malicious software. At Basic your side acts on alerts; at Standard and Premium CrowdStrike analysts watch and respond.
Email protection
Get your email protection. Check Point Harmony Email checks incoming mail for phishing, fake invoices and impersonation before it reaches a person, because email is still how most attacks begin.
DNS filtering
Get your DNS filtering. DNSFilter blocks known harmful websites at the moment a computer tries to reach them, including when someone clicks a bad link.
Backup
Your Microsoft 365 data copied somewhere safe using NinjaOne SaaS Backup, powered by Dropsuite, so a deleted or damaged file can be recovered.
Password manager
Keeper gives each person one secure place for passwords, so nobody reuses a password or keeps it in a spreadsheet.
Management
NinjaOne keeps an eye on your devices: whether they are patched, healthy and accounted for.
Support
Someone to call. How much of the IT work Kritical takes on rises with the size: from a help desk, to shared work, to running it day to day.

What changes from Basic to Premium.
The tier changes two things most: the Microsoft 365 plan and who responds when CrowdStrike raises an alert.
Basic
The sensible starting point: the core protections in place, and the tools to run a business on. CrowdStrike advanced endpoint protection on each computer. Your own team decides what to do about each alert.
Standard
Adds a team watching for threats on your behalf, so a warning does not wait for someone to notice it. Microsoft 365 Business Standard: everything in Basic, plus the desktop Office apps.
Premium
The fullest protection in the range, with security and device controls built into the Microsoft licence. DNSFilter Pro adds finer control over what each group of staff can reach.

Where are the prices?
In the shop. Each bundle has its own product page there, and the price is set once, in the shop.
What is the difference between the sizes?
Size sets how much of the IT work Kritical takes on, from a help desk, to shared work, to running day-to-day IT. The tier sets the protection and the Microsoft 365 plan.
Does every bundle include email protection and DNS filtering?
Yes. Every bundle includes Check Point Harmony Email for email and DNSFilter for websites. The DNSFilter plan rises with the tier.
Can I swap Microsoft 365 for Google Workspace?
Ask us. These nine bundles are built on Microsoft 365. If you use Google Workspace we can quote the same layers around it.
Is CrowdStrike the same in every bundle?
No. Basic has CrowdStrike advanced endpoint protection, which your side runs. Standard and Premium have CrowdStrike Falcon Complete, where CrowdStrike analysts watch and respond.
