Business IT for small and medium organisations

Get IT that keeps your business moving.

When computers, email, access, security and business software need attention at the same time, Kritical works out what to fix first, what to manage ongoing, and what it will cost — in writing, before you commit to anything.

Business devices arranged on a working desk

This is for you if one of these sounds familiar.

You don't need a technical specification to start — just tell us which of these you're in.

  • Nothing is broken, but nobody's managing it Licences got added, accounts got created, and permissions got granted because someone asked. It works today. Nobody can tell you what happens tomorrow.
  • You're switching provider and dreading the handover You want the accounts, domains, licences and equipment documented and moved without your team losing a day of work in the process.
  • Something specific is broken A project, a migration, a repair, or a system nobody understands any more. You want it fixed and explained, not just patched.

Here's what you get.

One agreed scope and contact route, with an invoice that separates project work from any ongoing service.

  • A written scope before you pay for anything Users, devices, locations and applications covered, plus support hours and how changes are handled — so you can compare the real cost.
  • Continuity planned around your account We aim to provide continuity through a consistent lead or delivery group where the agreed scope and service model support it. Your proposal sets out the contact model, cover and handover arrangements that apply.
  • A choice of arrangement that fits the work A defined project, ongoing managed IT, or co-managed IT alongside your existing team — we help you pick, we don't default you into a contract.
  • A handover plan if you're leaving another provider Accounts, domains, licences, equipment and supplier relationships identified and agreed before anything moves.

Why businesses choose Kritical over the next quote.

Three positions we can stand behind, not marketing lines.

Continuity planned around your account

We aim to provide continuity through a consistent lead or delivery group where the agreed scope and service model support it. Your proposal sets out the contact model, cover and handover arrangements that apply.

A like-for-like quote

Send us what you're currently paying and what it covers. We'll tell you honestly whether we can do better, not just cheaper.

We price the work, not just the licence

A subscription is not a working setup. Our quotes separate licences from the configuration, migration and support work around them.

How this is priced.

Defined work is quoted as named components, with product and subscription pricing kept in the Shop. Your service quote depends on the users, devices and systems involved, and shows the work component by component rather than hiding it inside one lump sum.

What happens after you get in touch.

First, a short call about what's not working and what you're trying to achieve. Then a written scope and price — not a sales pitch, an actual document you can compare against another quote. If you go ahead, an agreed first phase can focus on discovery, access and the highest-priority fix, with work and decisions recorded for handover.

Engineering and automation behind the service.

Much of what we set up for you is scripted, tested and repeatable. That means the same careful configuration each time, and a way to check later that nothing has drifted.

Scripted, tested set-up

Microsoft 365, Intune and security settings are applied from tested scripts rather than by hand, so the result does not depend on who happens to be doing the work.

Configuration templates, replayed for each customer

We keep tested templates for the common settings, adjust them to your environment and apply them the same way every time.

Drift checks

Where it fits, we compare your settings with the agreed baseline and report where they have changed, so a gap is found before it becomes a problem.

Questions before you enquire

Do we need a full managed-service agreement?

No. Tell us whether you need a specific problem fixed, a planned project, or ongoing management, and we scope accordingly — we don't assume every system needs to move to us.

Can you work alongside our existing IT person?

Yes. We agree what Kritical takes on, what your team keeps, and how requests and changes pass between us, in writing, before work starts.

What if we're mid-contract with another provider?

Tell us your renewal date. We can prepare a like-for-like comparison and a transition plan ready for when your current agreement ends.

Can you provide onsite help in Geelong and nearby?

Yes. Tell us your location and the work involved, and we'll confirm availability, timing and any travel cost in the quote itself.

How fast can you start?

A like-for-like quote comes back once you send your current costs and scope. Start dates depend on the work and your current provider's notice period.
